Vulcan Assembly of God

As part of our 75th Anniversary Celebration, Vulcan Assembly of God is excited to host our Gig & Give Tournament on Friday, October 2, 2026.

The tournament will begin at 5:00 p.m. at the Vulcan Assembly Pavilion. After a brief meeting, teams will head out to gig and return by 9:00 p.m. for the official weigh-in and to turn in their fish.

There is no entry fee to participate in the Gig & Give Tournament. Instead of awarding cash prizes, Vulcan Assembly of God will make a donation to a charity chosen by each winning team. Donations will be made in the following amounts:

1st Place: $750
2nd Place: $500
3rd Place: $250

We do ask that all participating teams return their fish to the church. The fish will be scored, cleaned, and prepared for our community fish fry the following evening.

Everyone is invited to join us under the pavilion from 4:30–7:00 p.m. for an evening of food, fun, and fellowship. We’ll enjoy a delicious fish fry, bounce houses, giveaways, and activities for the whole family.

Join us as we conclude our 75th Anniversary Celebration with a special worship service beginning at 10:30 a.m.

During the service, we’ll look back on God’s faithfulness through the years with a special 75th Anniversary video, enjoy a presentation from our Kid’s Ministry, and spend time together in worship, God’s Word, and a time of prayer and response.

Following the service, everyone is invited to stay for coffee, treats, and fellowship as we continue celebrating all that God has done through Vulcan Assembly of God over the past 75 years.
